  How hard can it possibly be to read an order? The past 3 times I've placed a Doordash there's been, wrong things in my bag, missing things from my bag, and for some reason yall can't read the NO KETCHUP part of the order. Nothing will make me fix this review. Just like nothing makes you guys put any effort in to do better.

  On 11/13/25 I witnessed a total of five cars to be parked, waiting for their order. They requested me to take a whole lap around the building to park on a further Parking spot they had insane amount of attitude from what I witnessed. Every customer was very polite, including myself this is not a first time occurrence for me. I believe they are trying to get their time down, but they’re not focused on actual customer service. do better. I witnessed food being walked to a car while staff was playing on their phone. The whole time with zero sense of urgency looked more of an effort into walking slow. Very disappointing but not surprised from this location

  Terrible management, poor at best customer care and filthy. Ordered on the app, was (very rudely) told that was inside, MUST go inside. Go inside, manager is extremely rude, says that's a drive thru order, MUST go to drive thru. I asked what was going on, why did the say to come in then? I told him that wasn't good customer service. He got angry, slammed my bag on the counter and said he was done with me and done talking about it. I will not waste my hard earned money or time there ever again.

  I asked to add cheese onto my mcchicken in the drive thru while at the speaker. I was told I had to make changes at the window bc they had finished our the order. I reminded the person taking my order to add cheese to my mcchicken. When I got to the second window and I did not have cheese on the chicken. When I presented my issue to the employee she told me nothing could be done at this time. I had not paid for the cheese and to do so I would need to drive around and place the order for cheese at the speaker if I wanted to purchase the cheese. I stated I wanted to add the cheese twice but bc I didn't catch the mistake before paying for my food I could not pay for the extra items at the service window. The employees and so called management would rather argue about a slice of cheese than to make a customer happy. Please tell me

  This place is discusting The manager is discusting. I was in a hurry to get to my grandsons football game and hour and half away Went thru drive thru order dbl ham. Just mustard n onion and LG coke Had to repeat order 5 times Get to the windows and got med coke I asked for a LG and the boy ssid you only pd for a medium I asked for the manger She comes to the windows and I asked for the LG coke I ordered she said no bcuz you only pd for med. I ssid fine I'll pay the extra She ripped it out of my bf hand dumped it in a LG glass and put it out tbe windows and slammed so I had him beep she reopen the windows and I asked for her name and she huffed shut windows The my burger was dripping in ketchup only I took it in asked for my proper order and a lady came in after me with her burger made wrong I waited while the so called manager took out 3 different orders outside amd they remade the lady after me hers and just ignored me So I left and I was 5 minutes late for the game I have never been more disgusted in my entire lifetime!!! If I could given stars thats exactly what they'd have gotten
