It takes so much time to get food I have to say something to get them to give me my order. Like they can’t see me in my uniform. McDonald’s all over have lost customer service when ordering inside. I hate that I have to and this location proved the same horrible experience of trying to get food while I’m working and on my break. Never have time to eat my food because I have to wait 10minutes at least for one simple order.

If I order a 4 piece chicken nuggets value meal I expected 4 piece not freaking 3 because someone can't count or got hungry while they are packing my food. 4 freaking PIECE and you guys can't even get that count right?? Seriously? The BOX even have a number 4 right on it. Whoever owns this establishment really need to figure out who they are hiring for their leadership role and if those folks are the right choice. Leadership needs learn to hold themselves accountable to lead the right folks that care and right folks to have the right team. Owners also need to take all these reviews serious and act. Even though its a fast food restaurant they need to hold themselves to a standard, shows that they care and what they do also matters. Everytime I come to this freaking place there's always something simple that they can't get it right. Never have I been this upset writing a review. 11-21-2025 around 2:50-3:pm.
