Again and again this place is a disappointment.
If I order a 4 piece chicken nuggets value meal I expected 4 piece not freaking 3 because someone can't count or got hungry while they are packing my food.
4 freaking PIECE and you guys can't even get that count right?? Seriously? The BOX even have a number 4 right on it.
Whoever owns this establishment really need to figure out who they are hiring for their leadership role and if those folks are the right choice. Leadership needs learn to hold themselves accountable to lead the right folks that care and right folks to have the right team. Owners also need to take all these reviews serious and act.
Even though its a fast food restaurant they need to hold themselves to a standard, shows that they care and what they do also matters.
Everytime I come to this freaking place there's always something simple that they can't get it right.
Never have I been this upset writing a review.

Was inside to order and a cockroach ran across the screen. Informed them and they grabbed the cockroach and threw it in the kitchen trash can! Absolutely disgusting! Canceled my order and left!

I ordered off the mobile app and my order was not correct I ordered one sausage biscuit meal ... The hash brown was cold plus two additional sausage biscuits with spicy pepper sauce and those sandwiches were also cold... definitely won't go back to this location based on how busy they were my food should not have been cold....

Horribly slow service
Ordered food at approx 7:00pm. Ill continue the review and update when the food actually comes out.
This would not be the first, nor the second, nor the third time its been like this. So I guess shame on me for expecting fast food to come out ya know, fast. Currently there are 6 cars waiting on food with no one in line.

I understand being stressed or short staffed as I work in the industry so I rarely complain however the manager working last night 10-18 @ 845pm needs to be given a final write up and re trained at the very least if not terminated for the way she treats customers. I ordered in DT and when I got my order I didnt check the bag which is my mistake but I was missing 1 sandwich from the meal I ordered. I used my app and got a free double but ordered a mcchicken meal. The cheese on the mcdouble was cold and not melted but whatever so I ate that and the person who ordered the meal didnt get the mcchicken so I called and the rude manager kind of laughs and goes oh I see your mcchicken sitting here can you come back, well yes but I then told her I wanted it fresh which I should get and she was clearly annoyed by my request, she told me id have to come inside and bring her all the food. Okay but I went thru the dt for a reason but sure ill inconvenience myself and come back and even come in for you to replace what you messed up . So I get there I go in and she takes the bag of food which had a piece of the double cheese a 4 piece and a fry because mind you they forgot the sandwich and she says so the drink was good so I will replace the rest and she rings it up on the register then she looked in the bag and seen all of the food was there and seen the wrapper w the piece of the double in it she grabbed that out of the bag and told me she took my word for it and replaced the whole thing but shouldn't have because the double had been half eaten. Excuse me ? You should be apologizing to me the paying guest for your mistake to begin with and you should be happy to replace the whole order. So I just smiled and said thank you, however it gets better after she touched everything in my bag she then went and never washed her hands and began to scoop fries and touch food. During my wait for fresh food a door dash driver came in and here she came extremely rude to this young man as well which I know the door dash policy they have to confirm the order to a manager and he did but he was clearly moving.fast and she made him stop take a picture then send and confirm again. Once my food came up she threw my bag on the counter watch your camera it was 930ish and AGAIN SHE FORGOT MY FRIES !!!!!! I said forget it at this point and knew there was no reason to even continue with her. I went out to my car and she then came outside with my fries about 2 or 3 mins later saying oh now I forgot your fries. Like I couldnt make this up if I wanted to. I usually go to the Holt location because Don's store doesn't treat the guests like crap. She's very fortunate that it seems bishop is desperate for managers and this lady is very very fortunate she doesn't work for me or in my brand or stores because she wouldn't be employed. Iv never gotten such bad service in my life and someome so rude and inconsiderate. This could be why the reviews and such are so bad yall need to re train and fix the culture here in order to succeed or get better. Shame on her for being such a old bitter woman that she takes her issues out on paying guests at your establishment so imagine how shes treating the employees working with her.
