    ⭐ 1/5 — Ongoing Issues Across Multiple Locations and Serious Concerns About Leadership I am submitting this review after repeated negative experiences not only at one Wendy’s location, but at several surrounding locations as well. Unfortunately, the issues have been so consistent and widespread that my wife and I can no longer justify visiting any Wendy’s in the area. On multiple occasions, we have felt sick after eating at these restaurants. This has happened often enough to raise significant concerns about food safety, preparation standards, and overall quality control. The food frequently tastes stale, lacks freshness, and is often served cold or poorly assembled. Another major issue is the constant shortage of menu items. It has become routine for multiple locations to be out of key products, sides, drinks, or even basic condiments, which is both inconvenient and indicative of deeper operational problems. Based on our experiences, management at the store level appears disorganized and unresponsive, and these problems seem to extend beyond a single location. The fact that the same issues are occurring across multiple restaurants suggests that the district-level leadership is failing to maintain proper oversight. In my opinion, the district manager should be replaced immediately. The ongoing lack of consistency, quality, and accountability reflects poorly on the brand as a whole. After giving these locations numerous chances, we can no longer view any of them as reliable or safe dining options. We sincerely hope the company takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
