HOLY SMOKES.....We are up north at our land off lund rd near Fife lake. After a cold morning hunt I put " places to eat breakfast near me" a few popped up. One in particular Moose & Stella's Cafe... We haven't even left yet. Right now were sitting in the parking lot writing this, because it WAS SOOOOOO AMAZING. From the minute you walk in the door, your greeted with these AWESOME pictures of doggies, in all different poses. The place is small and quaint. But the turn around is impressive. So there's a nice sized bar, with amazing espresso. We sat at the high top with 2 seats at the end of the bar. The whole place screams of love and family. The special was a STUFFES HASHBROWN (what??) Yes stuffed with sausages bacon red n green peppers onions tomato and topped with an incredible sauce. I got the hash skillet w/ 3 eggs toast n 2 small blueberry pancakes. My son got a stack of original homemade pancakes.(2) Two only 2 pancakes. Im 6' my hands are pretty big they were bigger then my hands are tip to tip. They were crispy on the outside and the fluffiness inside was a delicious delight. The skillet was filled with homemade cornbeef hash crispy and the hash chunks were as big as nickles.. it was definitely on of the finest most delicious breakfasts we have ever had. I told my wife all about it...Yea she was jealous when she saw the pictures. The staff was happy fun and fast. 10 STARS ALL DAY. It was so good I left a $17 dollar tip on a $40 bill. OH OH OH.. YEA.That espresso machine was a worling.. The mocha and the double shot expresso we had was so so so damm good. My son got his 1st expresso and hes still raving about it... WE WILL BE BACK EVERYTIME WERE UP AT OUR LAND.. THANKS FOR A GRRRRRRRREAR BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE

Love this place! My favorite stop for hot chai lattes or a firecracker burger at lunchtime! Friendliest Cafe or Diner around!

Inside decor was cute, loved all the dog pictures. Food was good. Just had a classic burger, fries and slaw. Was cooked to my wishes. Served a local soda which to my surprise was very good. Decently priced food. Much better than going to any fast food chain. Service was great, waitress was friendly, even made sure to give me a to go cup of the orange cream soda. Finding a place to park was a little difficult.

My sister in law and I stopped here for breakfast. It was very busy. The food was good and our server was great! The doggie decor was very cute. We look forward to eating here again the next time we go up north.

For begin a little restaurant in Kalkaska it’s very amazing. It feels like a mom and pop restaurant. Prices and not bad at all. My wife and I spent 40$ with food and coffee. The meals are hot and made very well. Inside and very clean and the servers are friendly and make sure you’re taking care of. We had Farrah and thank you for your friendly service. We will be coming back
