    I just ordered a cobb salad, it tasted terrible, their was black lettuce that looked freezer burnt in my salad, everything was bland, the tables and carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. I would not recommend going here.

    Disappointed because 9th Street restaurants usually provide good customer service. Not this time. I ordered a Cobb salad from the 9th location and they didn't even put chicken or bacon on it. I called about it and he immediately answers the phone with "Hi" no "Wendy's..so and so speaking" none of that. I had to ask if I even called Wendy's and still didn't tell me his name. (Extremely unprofessional). Then, he proceeded to tell me the Cobb salad doesn't come with the bacon (which it does-says it online). I don't understand how you're unaware of how your salads are built, but I won't be going back to this location. Unprofessionalism is not tolerated. Service needs WORK.

    I used to be pretty satisfied with this location but the last 2 times they have dropped the ball. They forget to put things you ordered in the bag. So before you leave this location make sure you have everything you ordered!

    Incredibly slow service. Nobody else in line and they had me pull up and wait. Two customers behind me received their orders before me. It took 11 minutes to get my order. When I did it was barely warm. I would avoid this p l ace if you are in a hurry...or want hot food.
