- AMAliya MarieNov 17, 20251.0I’m a first time customer and I’d like to start with the guy who took my order, very disrespectful and cut me off mid-sentence to ask me if ‘I’m almost done’. My husband and I both ordered the Super Sampler Platter, and he found a long black hair in his food. Popcorn shrimp, hush puppies, and the fish were tough and seemed overcooked. I ordered a side of coleslaw which I immediately spit out because it was warm and tasted spoiled. Almost all of the shrimp had a lot of its digestive track spilling out, which I know some is normal but I felt a pop in my mouth, and spit it out (included in picture). My husband and I were excited to try this place especially since it’s been remodeled but paying $36.21 for this… is not worth it. We won’t be back. I’d like to note; the girl who handed us our food at the window was such a sweetheart. I think her name is Maija (shown on receipt). She was very friendly and attentive.

The chicken is still the same which is why I went. The fish tacos have way too much lemon in them though. They were out of Mac and cheese and I was bummed to find out they no longer have corn on the cob and now just have canned corn. The biggest issue I have at this location is the staff; they directed us to the self order kiosks which are so dirty they barely pick up the finger touched on the screen so becomes frustrating. They did not greet us or say anything to us unless forced when informing us they were out of something. There were 5 of us so our bill wasn’t small. Very disappointed in the service we received there.

I had a problem with the app not taking my payment, and then when it finally did it deleted a promo code and I got charged the full amount for an order. The employees inside refunded me the amount when they didn't have to, and they were KIND. Plus, the food is always great and the new building is CLEAN. Nothing but good things to say about this location!
