Several year post covid, and this store still has service like there's only 3 people working. Can't take an order in a timely manner. Can't make an order in a timely manner. Can't even make an order right to save their lives. Ask for extra pickle...be lucky to get any pickles period. Always asks to pull up and they will bring it out. 10 minutes later, its not even fresh. It's cold soggy and 9/10 wrong. This place needs new ownership to whip it into shape or something, because these people dont even care. $14 an hour for this? No wonder the world is going to crap with a work force this lazy

I have the app and used it regularly. Ive had an issue with my order a couple times and was given the food I was missing by a professional staff. Tonight was a completely different story. You know as well as I do McD fries are good for approx. 29 min. So when they missed the 20 piece, 4 piece, chicken sandwich we asked for fresh fries on an almost $60 order. This manager was not only unprofessional, he was quick to inform me it didn't matter if we filed a complaint with corporate cause they weren't corporate and at the end we still never got the 4 piece, any sauces or ketchup and my wife and I ate cold sandwiches, fries and flat sodas because we had to wait over 20 min in the parking lot for them to screw up the order the first time...over and hour and a half total...this manager IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL...and Im still calling corporate as well.
