- CHChristopher Herrmann2 days ago1.0Just go to the one on Airport Rd. One of the worst McDonald's in town. Self service kiosk doesn't have any table indicators. Kiosk doesn't have any receipt paper. Tables are never wiped down. Workers touch you cup tops instead of the sides when handing the food to you.

Our fries were cold so we pulled back around asking for them to be remade. The young woman at the 2nd drive thru window had the audacity to act like we came to the drive thru hours earlier while I'm sitting in the passenger seat eating my sandwich. She was like "when did you come here?" And started copping an attitude with my husband who was the driver. That's crappy service. Y'all employees are too lazy to make the food fresh the first time then have the audacity to try and accuse someone of coming by hours earlier and the person who checked us out didn't give us a receipt. Get it together. This the same place that never has ice in the summer and then tries to ask you if you still want a drink when it's 90° outside. This place needs better employees and clearly a manager that wants to run it better.

- DMDarrione MilesDec 11, 20251.0If i could give 0 stars i would. Sat in drive thru for 20 mins n then pulled me forward for fries but they where still cold. They do not greet you. The food was cold. Drive thru lady was diggin in her nose. Basically threw my food at me. As the manager is sitting there laughing. Steven really needs to do a better job at managing his McDonald’s!
