The first time it was bagged, the box was put in sideways and the slaw leaked right through the bag. For $17 "$17!!!!" there should be better care than that

The hot shot was $7 so the meal was about $18-$19. Not a single thing I ordered had any flavor to it. I'd rather go to Dave's hot chicken or Culver's for better food at a lower cost. I also had to wait for a LONG time. The girl apologized for the wait, but it just seemed like a nonchalant fake apology.

- KJKelly JubenvilleSep 20, 20252.0So we have tried this place since it opened about 6 times in total first time was right when it opened super good staff is always super nice but after that first visit the food taste and quality has gone way down today we decided to give it another try and we both got the Philly Fadeaway not only did we wait in the drive thru for about 10 minutes but the food was burnt there was basically nothing on it and the chicken was extremely dry on top of that the bun was cut wrong and was completely falling apart the fry’s were undercooked and unsalted the best thing we got was my sons Mac and chz lol for the amount we paid I’m extremely disappointed and at this point don’t think we’re gonna come back unless they offer to make something right. At least the staff is friendly just wish the food was good.
