- MGMelissa GonzalezDec 13, 20251.0its not complicated to follow directions. we said no mayo, you put it on the burger then tried to wipe it off. we said no lettuce and you put EXTRA. we said a CHOCOLATE fusion oreo, you gave us vanilla. we said SOUR CREAM AND CHIVE potato, you gave me extra chive and NO sour cream. i was apologetic for a "complicated" order as i could HEAR the whole kitchen staff bitching. you couldnt even get my order right. the two guys at the counter were nice, but i wanted my order a specific way and you couldnt do it. you werent even busy. i was the ONLY one in the store when i ordered.

Kept slamming the drive-through window open and shut like it’s an inconvenience for them to be working when in reality nobody Asked them to apply to a job here. The guys hands were damn near in his pants that took the money didn’t give me a receipt. Said it would be at the next window still don’t have one never coming here again. I understand that fast food service is never five star, but it’s not my problem that you came to work today.
