    They handed out my pizza 3 times to the wrong people. I had 2 of the people call me and ask me if I wanted my pizza. Guess I should have done that. 47 minutes past the regular pickup time I finally got my pizza but was missing sauces and extra peppers. Reached out to support and they offered me $10 off next order. This was about half the price I paid for my order. Can shove that coupon code where the sun don’t shine. Will not return to this location ever.

    Ordered a pizza for 3 hours in advance. 4 hours passed, it still hadn't arrived, so I call them. They tell me they haven't even started it yet and stopped there. No apology. I had to ask them when I would get it. Their answer was "We might start it soon I'm not sure." I waited another 30 minutes. still no pizza. I called them, asked again. They still hadn't started it, and since it was already an hour and a half late I decided to cancel. I didn't like how rude the associate was to me over the phone, and how they didn't seem to care about me as a customer at all.

    I was altogether unimpressed with my first experience here. It clearly states online when you order that if you request contactless delivery that there is an alternative to your food being set on the ground. Such is not the case however. Also, the food itself while not raw seemed to be severely under cooked. At the price I would have hoped for food that was at least fully cooked.
