Yes it was crowded but a half hour later when we asked we were informed that the order was never put in. The waitress did return to refill coffees but it never occurred to her we didn't have food. Waited a while to be seated then placed an order for coffees which took a long time. No issue so far. Once the food order was placed we waited almost an hour for no food to ever show up. Server never checked on us until one of our party flagged her down where she told us 'oh whoops looks like we never put the order' - wait, what? Never put it in? We weren't left with much choice other than to leave. In this experience, it seems they cannot handle the capacity. The server did not care or seem particularly bothered by the situation. Management was a no-show. No real apology, no make-good, just 'whoops!' Waste of 2 hours. Offended my family wasn't worth the attention or effort.

My iced tea never went below “glacial level.” I swear she had a sixth sense for hydration. I took one sip, looked down, and it was already refilled. Either she’s magic or there’s a small army of invisible tea elves working under her command. She remembered every order like she’s got a breakfast-themed photographic memory: extra crispy bacon? Nailed it. Side of sass and sunshine? Delivered with style. My omelet came out so perfect I briefly considered proposing to it. At one point I laughed so hard at her jokes I almost snorted syrup. This woman could run for President of Breakfast and win in a landslide — on the “More Coffee and Joy for Everyone” platform. If you go to Anna’s House and don’t sit in Katie’s section, I’m not saying your meal will be worse… but it absolutely will.
