  Not crazy about McDonald however I’m very grateful this one is in my town. Clean, fresh food great staff & management. Every mistake is made right. Be respectful and they respect you back. Extremely professional & proficient management. Anytime I have to travel and stop at another McDonalds I’m more thankful for this location. This review was long overdue.

  I orderd mc chicken but they gave me burnt bun !!I felt mc Donald is the best fast food but made my day worst with this sorry but I wonder we pay the amount and expect the right but it didn’t happen as expected today

  I had a negative experience, the manager sent gift cards with an already exited date. I tried using them anyway but the manager working said No to a Big Mac because it wasn’t a “basic” value menu plus it couldn’t be ordered since the Grinch meal was available with a Big Mac. So far it’s gone from bad to worse and I haven’t been able to get a return phone call,

  Today at 10:50 I placed a mobile order for my breakfast. I used one deal coupon that can only be used on an item once per day. I waited 10 minutes before leaving to drive the 10 minutes to the location. A block away from the restaurant it tells me my orders been canceled. Confused I go in and ask why my mobile order was cancelled as I already paid, used my coupon and drove all the way here to get it. They had to get their manager because no one could tell me what happened just for them to give me some lame excuse that I placed the order to close to their lunch time so it was cancelled. When I placed the order you could only even order breakfast no lunch options were available. The refund they said would take one to two days so now I am very hungry after waiting 20 minutes for food I didn’t get, out the money I spent on breakfast until tomorrow and out the gas money and time it took to drive here. No apology from the manager just the lame excuse. Why would you even allow orders to be placed if they are going to be cancelled 20 whole minutes later. If it was too close to 11 it should have been cancelled as soon as it turned 11 so I didn’t wait for it to be done and drove all the way out here.
