    Today at 10:50 I placed a mobile order for my breakfast. I used one deal coupon that can only be used on an item once per day. I waited 10 minutes before leaving to drive the 10 minutes to the location. A block away from the restaurant it tells me my orders been canceled. Confused I go in and ask why my mobile order was cancelled as I already paid, used my coupon and drove all the way here to get it. They had to get their manager because no one could tell me what happened just for them to give me some lame excuse that I placed the order to close to their lunch time so it was cancelled. When I placed the order you could only even order breakfast no lunch options were available. The refund they said would take one to two days so now I am very hungry after waiting 20 minutes for food I didn’t get, out the money I spent on breakfast until tomorrow and out the gas money and time it took to drive here. No apology from the manager just the lame excuse. Why would you even allow orders to be placed if they are going to be cancelled 20 whole minutes later. If it was too close to 11 it should have been cancelled as soon as it turned 11 so I didn’t wait for it to be done and drove all the way out here.

    Really great experience! I ordered 2 ranch snack wraps today dine in today but they were made incorrectly. I went up to the counter and it was corrected immediately. I am from a different part of Michigan and did not eat at McDonald’s because of the service. I have been here 3 times now and every time I have came in everyone actually seems like they enjoy their jobs. It is a nice change. I was in this morning and the women who was banging up the food was very kind. 10/10 would recommend!

    worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Workers are rude. They most definitely take there time. Don’t go here if you’re on a time crunch. The people are just going to piss you off and make you wait.

    Im not sure when mcdonalds started to forget about their dine in customers. I get it drive there is suppose to be faster. But when it takes 25 minutes to get your food from inside come on. It's not a sit down restraunt. It's fast food. Tons of people are getting sick of it. The other day I was in and we clocked it. I noticed my food sitting on the counter in the back (my kiosk number on the bag) sat there for almost 10 full minutes we had already been there for 15 minutes waiting. When I said excuse me is that my food. The lady was supper annoyed and with the biggest attitude said ya it is we are waiting on your tea/lemonade. I was like okay well my food has sat there for 10 minutes now cant you go make the drink. She huffed grabbed a cup and handed it off to the drive thru girl to make. I shoulve asked for fresh food but having to wait for another 20 plus minutes was not going to happen. Another customer said they have been waiting longer than I was. And ended up canceling their order. Today I just got a coke while my son got a breakfast bagel (it would be nice if this location acutally put sauce on their bagels, spring lakes bagels are amazing) it took almost 15 minutes just to get someone to give me a cup to get my pop. Their in store customer service is shitty. If I could give it below zero I would. I think they need to have someone strickly for the front making food, and getting their orders ready every shift. Otherwise it's super clean all the time inside and out, bathrooms always clean.
