I waited 25 minutes in the store for a 10 pc. Chicken McNugget, all while watching the sloppy looking manager walk back and forth, not once bending down to pick up the multiple receipts that were strewn throughout the store. A restaurant is only as good as it's manager, and this manager had no problem with her store looking disheveled and her customers waiting in line for 25+ minutes. Before I walked out the door, a lady at the counter finally asked an employee, "Is anyone going to take my order?!" Bad Bad Bad. Poor customer service, a messy store, and long wait times.
