Oh yes, I placed an order at the kiosk and I don't see it in the cue. Did u pay for it? No. I want to pay cash. It doesn't notify us u need to pay and it doesn't process until u pay. OH. So....I could have sat there 20 mins? She finished my order, went to the back and downloaded to her employees. Finally someone else brought my food up. Tell that lady I could hear everything she said. She just looked at me. Not going back.

I’m not someone to complain but the last time I asked to get it filled all the way and the lady looked at me like I was crazy. I’m not sure if you have new staff but they seem to not care about their job.

Than I had to wait way longer for food than I should have. Probably due to hear having a meltdown. Probably shouldn’t have the young girl at the window.
