If the food or service was this consistently bad, we would not be back and I would have rated one star. However, I don’t believe that is fair to the business or the employees. Luckily, there was no wait today. Today, I had a burger ordered with no pickles or onions- it had pickles on the bottom under the patty (it’s normally on the top, so that seemed kind of intentionally sneaky). I had 2 other burgers ordered with no onions- both had onions on them. -these were all for my children. They still ate their food, however, even I hate eating a McDouble that has dehydrated onions. When you scrap them off it also takes the condiments with it. I ordered myself a $5 meal deal with a McChicken… I didn’t even receive my McChicken. I live about 7 minutes away. I was going to return and get my sandwich but the nuggets SUCKED. I didn’t want to waste my time and gas going to get a McChicken with possibly the same quality. We didn’t receive ANY of the sauce we ordered, either. But the fries were amazing!
