Ordered a Large Black Coffee…..when i pulled up to the window I was handed a medium coffee with cream….I asked the attendant if this coffee was a large…he said yes….I asked if this was black..he said yes….i pulled around front and parked..tasted the coffee and discovered it had sugar as well….I walked inside to complain….an older lady (Manager I assume) had set my order on the counter ….laughed and said things happen…..I understand mistakes when a business is busy….but I was the only customer in the drive thru and there were no customers inside…The kid running the drive thru didn't even attempt to check if the order was correct…..and the manager didn't apologize……this is unacceptable behavior and I will not return…..

I ordered a tea, but the tea leaves spilled into my cup. I asked for a new cup with fresh water and a new tea bag. The employee said the barista had put the bag in incorrectly, then proceeded to touch my tea bag with her bare hands while wearing a bandage. When I asked again for a new cup and tea bag, she refused and told me I would need to purchase a new drink. This was unsanitary, unpleasant, and made me not want to come back EVER again.

When we went, there were only two employees working and one was a trainee. They were clearly not prepared for the amount of orders mixed with the one employee having to train the other. This isn't the fault of the employees. It's the fault of whoever scheduled just those two to work. Both employees were friendly, but it took over 15 minutes for one person (in my party of two) to get her order taken. I gave up since we were the only two people standing in line inside and I wasn't approached. (They did seem to have a lot of online orders though. They were just very clearly understaffed.) My partner ordered a drink which she said tasted good so the quality is fine, it's just not somewhere I'd recommend if you want to get one coffee in under thirty minutes.
