Called the location and spoke to the manager and explained the situation. She greatly apologized and sent her driver coming on Shift to replace the food. She also refunded my purchase. Crystal went above and beyond with her customer service. Thank you, and love this place!

I can confirm that the pizza and breadsticks I picked up today are a cheap knock off of the once delicious Pizza Hut. You’re destroying your brand by turning to cheaper ingredients. Honestly, I’d rather pay a little more and get the Pizza Hut of old. If you’re going to continue serving this modern disaster you call food, I would respectfully ask you to change your name.
