We went there and I was so excited, unfortunately the staff was nice but can't hear our order well they gave us something else and we pay more because they gave us extra things.the burger was raw and I have the Pic. I like the coca and potato fries 🍟. I wish they can hear us better and cook the beef well without blood in.

This is the worst McDonald’s. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve ordered a buffer happy meal only to get absolutely no nuggets. Constantly wrong orders and missing items.

Whoever they have taking orders at the night of 10/30/25 at 10:50pm needs to be removed. It should NOT take 10 minutes to get a order because they want to play games and joke around, they heard my wife taking the order and seemed like they were just flirting with her instead of doing their job. Asked for a chicken sandwich and kept laughing saying "are you really sure you want a chicken sandwich" and after being annoyed with him asking over and over we asked why it's a big deal and he said "you need to come to window 1 to find out" we both got angry and drove off.

Visit the drive-through tonight had my order taken very unfriendly the person who took my order then when I found out, it was actually the manager that took my order. What happened to the friendly McDonald’s service that we once knew she asked me to wait in lane 2 until my order was ready when they finally bought my order out, the person did not even say hi thank you total silence handed me my order from afar. Could not even see their face. What happened to good customer service at McDonald’s I stay just around the corner on Hall Road. I get home only to eat a cold big Mac unfriendly service. Poor quality of food will never go back to that McDonald’s again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've had multiple times they've screwed my order up but this morning was the final nail in the coffin. Ordered breakfast through the app and made it there right at 10:30am when I ordered it at 10:27 and got to the speaker to pick it up and the dude said "all breakfast items stopped at 10:30" and it charged my card still and I told the dude that and he said "it won't charge you until I cash you out" I looked at my bank account and it still charged me. Think the drive through operator was named Jeremy or something like that I can't remember 100%
