    Worst McD I’ve ever been too. Went in to eat and screaming kids in the playplace, parents don’t know how to watch their kids. Fries were overcooked and cold, bun om burger was kinda hard. Several people sleeping at the tables in the dining area. Guess they think its a eat n nap establishment. Skip this place

    This Mc.Donalds is ridiculous at night if the aren’t “closed” they are on their phones occupied, never pay attention to what they are doing, I asked at the window before paying if my order was right, the young lady fixed it before I paid but I recieved the wrong item still, this is very upsetting

    Lousy service, slow and ridiculously unskilled work force. It's always something with this location. Either nobody is there to work or there is always another excuse. They lose so much money over the the 19 mile and Hayes location. Why I continue to even waste my time 😡 with this location is beyond me. I'm officially done with this location, I will go out of my way to get better service at 19 and Hayes. The Garfield Rd Location in Clinton Township is a complete joke and waste of time and money. Your better off driving to 19 and Hayes for much faster and much more polite employees. If this place is a Franchise location, Headquarters needs to step in and change something there

    Waited in line for approx 15 min. at times and several cars (9) in line Computers go down a few times a year. The syrup for sundaes was down. Wanted a happy meal, each item was rang up separately. Have ordered a small coke and was given the drink in a coffee cup. Paid for dressing and never got it. Was supposed to get fries in Happy Meal and didn't get them.

    Every time I go to this mcdonald's they tell me they are changing the drawers or they just take forever to take my order. Not only was i almost late for work but they also messed up my order. It never makes me want to go to mcdonald's
