Waited in drive thru for about 15 minutes with no other car infront of me I placed an order on the app and still waited that long I drive about 5 minutes home sit down to eat and the first thing I notice is my fries are cold and old I had a ranch snack wrap and it had more ranch than chicken in it tastes disgusting. Bought a mcchicken and there's more mayo on the outside of the sandwich than inside the sandwich it was also cold. And a big Mac that was also cold and had a pickle hanging out of the box. It might be the worst experience at a fast food restaurant ive ever had.

Ordered a double cheese burger. They forgot the onions. Sooooooo hard to put onions on!!!!!!! Need college degree. Baaaaaaaad. Will anyone ever reply to this post?????

I ordered two double cheeseburgers minus mustard and pickle and they give me a dry old patty hard buns and enough mustard for 20 sandwiches. It’s very frustrating because I stopped eating McDonald’s over a year ago after they too messed up my order. It’s annoying so don’t waste your money on fake food people they don’t even care to make it properly or fresh and why I’m don’t wasting my own money. Stay blessed and retrain your workers they are unpleasant and rude and do bare minimum. If I operated my business like you guys I’d be out of business!

Every single time I visit, without fail there are 1 or more issues with my order. I can’t eat onions so I order my items with NO onions, and EVERY time there are onions. Our food is always a mess, and usually cold. I ordered a sweet tea this morning with LIGHT ice, and the kind lady who took my order read my order back to me correctly including my drink with light ice. When I got my drink at the second window, it was filled more than halfway with ice. I just don’t understand the difficulty of getting even a drink order correct. This is the only location in this area that I continuously have these issues with; despite talking to the manager(s) on multiple occasions, and nothing changes.
