They’re friendly and move the line decently, the inside is comfortable. But they refuse to serve breakfast even as you’re visibly in front of the camera at the drive thru speaker when 10:30am strikes. And then the food in the evening is sometimes not fresh in my opinion. I don’t have to wonder why McDonald’s is seeing their customers abandoning them—when they won’t take my money for breakfast because the menu changed while I was waiting to be attended to, I left. When they don’t automatically give you a couple ketchup packets for your fries, why add hassle to your life and eat a fry without ketchup. Why give a company money when they’re unaccommodating and lack very basic service standards? We all know it’s a McDonald’s so expectations are low, but they’re no longer a cheap option for food so why wouldn’t I expect to be served breakfast when there on time or expect ketchup automatically for my fries.
- TBTina BDec 9, 20251.0Screwed up everything, food was cold, bun hard. Went back n get home again food still not hot. There were people in the back not in uniform..looked to be just hanging out. A Door dasher was waiting for 2 orders. He got the one order which sat on the counter getting cold he stood there waiting on drinks for another order which he didn't get. Another man waited over 15 min for his quarter pounder. People were coming in asking for their food from the drive thru! Most of the employees were just standing around doing nothing! I wouldn't recommend this mcdonald's
