    Everything was fine until I went to drink my coke zero! It was dr. Pepper. I am diabetic so I had to pour it out. So, I paid for something I couldn't drink and I was still thirsty!

    Brandy is terrible. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting for my order. I asked about the order and she said she had called out the number several times...... I was standing right there listening to all the numbers being called out, but not mine. I asked her if she really wanted to argue about this in front of everyone, she said "yes I do" which I found to be really rude and immature. I kinda understand why she's working at McDonald's..... I'm guessing she's been fired from wherever else she's worked. Way to keep it classy Brandy, maybe a job requiring customer service isn't for you.

    I have never been treated so rude in my life. The manager told me since they messed up the food that I should go to another McDonald’s. She was so rude to me and to staff I’ve never ever been treated like this, and I will not be returning to this, McDonald’s ever again

    I wish I could give zero stars to Alexis who was the manager in the drive thru. Never even ordered food. She was extremely rude and told me if I didn’t like it, I could leave. Never in my history of dealing with ANY McDonalds or even working for one, have I ever saw such blatant disregard for customers. Will never visit that location even though it’s a mile from home.
