He was really loud and we saw him answer the phone and all he said was HELLO with no professionalism. The girl who was bagging the food also got mad and started talking rude to us because of our order. Their lobby was dirty and there was no communication between customers. My food was supposed to be cooked to order as well but my nuggets tasted like fish and were cold. Workers were on their phones in the corner not helping other workers and it was for sure the worst experience I’ve had in a McDonald.
