Common sense helps everyone. Not watching football games on there phones like has been seen with day shift people. Everyone can watch it at home on there tv. People in charge need to show respect, empathy and common sense. Preventative maintenance and understanding limitations left from previous shifts. The all around experience is what matters for those we serve. Are our neighbors and friends REGI IS DEARLY MISSED. Dedication ALWAYS NOT Demoralization should not be tolerated. Some people are retention managers not a scapegoat.
