Can tell they dont want anyone eating in the store . Cant ever seem to turn the heat on.

They got rid of the lobby pop machine so now a long line form at the counter for people that need pop and ketchup.

To start my order was entered wrong. Trying to do anything about this was going to be useless though. They got rid of the pop machine and condiment station so every customer that needed anything had to form a massive line at the counter. It was going to take 15 minutes to even speak to someone about my order let alone get a refill before I left. I hope they are glad they saved 3 cents on my pop refill....they have lost any future business from me.

We went here yesterday morning for breakfast. It was incredibly busy and they were very short staffed. The cashier (she wouldn’t give me her name) was incredibly rude from the get go. She was kind of heavier and had blonde hair. She took the order ahead of me at the register and then left myself and about 4 other people behind me to wait to place our orders for over 20 mins. There was a young boy who was an employee there that came in early for his shift so he could eat breakfast. He already had his food ordered and was waiting. Just like everyone else. The cashier very loudly called him out in front of everyone and told him he needed to punch in early and get to work. He said he was waiting to eat and she said she didn’t care. Then she proceeded to go out to her car and smoke a cigarette. Marty waited for his food still (all of the customers told him that was bull shit and we didn’t mind waiting so he could eat. We were gonna wait anyways) and when she came back in she told him to get to work. He didn’t and she went and got some other lady who came out and yelled at him to clock in. By now, the customers are standing up for Marty and telling these people they can’t treat him like this. So then the cashier told him to get on the register right now and start taking orders and he wasn’t even clocked in! He finally did get his food, as did the rest of us. But this place treats their employees so terrible. No wonder why no one works there. I called their corporate and I pray this kid gets an apology and a free meal. I have a video but it’s like 45 mins long and not worth the aggravation to me. The drive thru girl was very sweet. I didn’t get her name either but she had glasses and brown hair in a ponytail. She was helping with the front when she was waiting for her stuff at the drive thru. I know I’m not the only one who called and reported this. It’s a shame and I hope they get a better manager. Who, by the way, was never seen this entire time. Shannon.
