  I don't go in and eat so this is all based off my experiences in the Drive-Thru. As far as from time you pull up to the time you get out of there is relatively low wait time but as 1 of only 2 "fast food" restaurants in town you would expect to get through relativity fast, for the most part the employees are relatively decent and well-mannered. I guess that's more based on the time of day that you go. However the food on the other hand has gone from bad to worse. From the cold hard fries to the lukewarm dried out chicken nuggets it's not worth ordering anymore I was basically going for their frappes but it seems that over 75% of the time the machines are always down just like every other McDonald's that I visited. I know it's a pain in the neck to clean the machines but call the menu item off the menu rather than telling people the machine is broke down all the time. McDonald's food and service was already declining but since covid it has gotten so much worse. McDonald's and Taco Bell are the only two so-called fast food restaurants in this town and out of the last 10 times that I've grabbed fast food 9 out of the 10 times I've gone to Taco Bell. I've gone through the drive-thru at McDonald's there and at the pickup window drove away after paying without my food because the woman working the window has so much makeup kicked on her face that she was sweating it off it's quite disgusting. I have however that since then she no longer works at that restaurant. I remember as a kid loving McDonald's but I also remember as a kid McDonald's was good.

  I ordered a Grinch Meal and a Bic Mac Meal. Both meals fries were cold. The Big Mac was terrible. It had no lettuce on it, the patties were cold, and crispy, the bun was hard, and there was a pile of onions in the bottom of the wrapper. I’ve heard to avoid this location and I can see why.

  Waited for over 20 mins for shitty DRY old food! EVERYTHING WAS OLD AND GROSS!! they even recooked already made fries so they appear "fresh" the AUDACITY!!! Burgers were squished also. Very unprofessional. They were even speaking about inappropriate stuff and I could hear, With my child with me!! Disgusted and disappointed. WASTE OF TIME SND MONEY!! AVOID THIS ONE PPL!!!
