After waiting an extra 30 minutes I ended up calling outback to see if they knew if my order had been picked up yet which it had not been. The manager Linny ended up getting on the phone and said they would call me back they are going to figure something out with DoorDash to make sure I had my food. After a quick 10 minutes I got the call back that she was going to personally bring it to me at work as she felt bad even though it was 100% NOT her fault. She didn’t not have to bring it to me she could have refunded my money and gone on with her day. Instead I got my food made fresh and delivered I can not express how AMAZING this was as it is not in her job description to bring me my food but she went above and beyond I could not be more grateful so THAK YOU AGAN LINNY YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

The steak was well done instead of medium, the broccoli was rotten brown, the croutons were soggy, and we were given one tiny thing of dressing for a huge salad. Mom ordered grilled chicken. It wasn’t grilled. It was like pan fried or something and hard as a rock. We tossed it. But the baked potato was great. The food quality is just not what it used to be.
