The steak was well done instead of medium, the broccoli was rotten brown, the croutons were soggy, and we were given one tiny thing of dressing for a huge salad. Mom ordered grilled chicken. It wasn’t grilled. It was like pan fried or something and hard as a rock. We tossed it. But the baked potato was great. The food quality is just not what it used to be.

"Loaded" means a teaspoon of bacon and the fixings. Barely a taste. Back to the salt.... The seasoning in the chops was allllll salt. So bad I nearly felt to vomit. The fries were more salty than a nad batch from Burger King. Wow!! The cook needs retrained. I asked the mgr to have him/her taste his creation. It tasted kike the food fell in the floor of a salt mine! The waitress was gracious and apologized. She passed this in totnhe mgr who came straight away and refired the entire meal. I'll stick with Texas Roadhouse. Been many years since Outback. I shouldn't have to specify no salt, or light salt on fries as the waitress suggested. Same with the chops. I should have to specify that either. The RIGHT AMOUNT IS THE RIGHT AMOUNT... Period.
