  Food was good. The guy at the pay window was friendly. The guy at the food window had our food dangling out of the window before we even pulled up, and couldn't even bother to put napkins in the bag. He was being very inpatient handing me the food and our drinks.

  Workers not even trying to make the food. Dude in the back making one sandwich in 10 minutes is crazy. I don’t know how I place an order an hour early just to not get it for another hour and a half. Workers just standing there while orders are stacking up and they won’t do anything about it. Just wasted money not even getting my food cause these lazy workers won’t do what they are paid to do and I can’t even go back to my order to cancel to get my money back.

  Terrible service. No one will make eye contact or acknowledge you at the counter to take an order or cash payment unless you say something first to get their attention. The only employee that is decent is the gentleman who cleans the kids play place. Everyone else is very rude. Not even the manager will not acknowledge a customer at the counter. Was told from over a workers shoulder that she has other orders to do and won’t take mine. I refused to order at that point. Daughter ordered from the kiosk, which told her to find a seat and food would be brought out. Food never broght out but was left on the counter to get cold. If she knew she needed to wait at the counter she would have

  Really rude, can’t fill my fries all the way. No salt on fries. Have to stand up there for ever waiting for no one to take my order. I have to yell at the workers to take my damn order. That’s why you guys have awful reviews. No one should ever go here again.

  When me and my friend walked in, we immediately noticed someone angrily yelling in the back. It was a female employee who was blonde, older in age, and heavy-set (never got her name). She was loudly complaining about her job and at one point, left the building to yell at the line of cars in the drive-thru to come in the building instead. She seemed very hot-headed with her coworkers, yelling at one to "stop taking orders". Other behaviors included slamming trays, continuing to yell at staff and ignoring customers at the front counter. Me and my friend got uncomfortable to the point of using the touch-screen menu instead. It was a hostile environment overall, and I don't recommend this location for these reasons.
