I understand being busy but fast food is the name of game and this place sucks at being fast. Also other people waited at the counter and had to ask in order to receive any sort of customer service but before actually being helped out the manager told the lady to place the order at the kiosk for "faster" service. This place is a joke and needs to retrained on how run a FAST FOOD establishment.
