  Allante took amazing care of me at Big Rock Chophouse. From the moment I sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. She was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without being overbearing. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly elevated the entire dining experience. Because of Allante, my visit was memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for her!

  Yesterday, my girlfriend and I had one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The food was absolutely fantastic, but what truly made the evening exceptional was our server, Phil. He was energetic, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and making us feel genuinely cared for throughout the night. We both agreed that we’ve never received better service or had a more memorable overall dining experience - and it was all thanks to Phil. We will absolutely be returning and will be requesting him again.

  Overall, we had a nice experience. Valet parking was convenient and $12 didn't really seem necessary though. The service was excellent, attentive without being overbearing and the ambience was great. Unfortunately, we were seated in what seemed like an addition rather than the main dining area, which was a bit disappointing and took away from the overall atmosphere we were hoping for. The food was good, but very rich and heavy. It felt like the dishes tried a little too hard to be fancy, with extra elements that didn’t necessarily add to my taste. Sometimes simpler preparations let great ingredients shine more. While we still enjoyed the meal, it seemed like the kitchen was overcomplicating things when less might have been more but just my thought. That said, the quality was there, and with a few refinements, this could easily be an excellent dining experience.

  Beautiful establishment. Dined here a few day ago for a friend's bday dinner. I arrived a few mins past the reservation but none of the other party had ordered yet. From the moment I sat down it seemed the waitress Allante was very short and always speaking super fast. I remained kind in my responses. The others in my party noticed and kept saying does she know you because she was so snappy. Each time I addressed her it was in a kind tone. We had cake that was cut and she brought boxes and slices for everyone except me. I asked if she could cut a slice and bring me a box, she got snappy and said "the knife is already in the kitchen do you want me to go all the way back to get it"? My response, "yes please". When she brought the cake in the bag I never noticed because she sat it ON THE FLOOR. Very unacceptable behavior from Allante. Please work on your attitude toward ALL dining guests.

  What a fun place for a special occasion! Celebrated my Dad’s birthday here, and we’re so glad we chose Big Rock. We got a nice big booth that allowed us to look across the restaurant. The interior was grand yet cozy, and definitely had a buzzy vibe. I got the Smoked Old Fashioned (yummy), my dad got a glass of Champagne, and my mom had two mocktails - the CosNoPolitan and a virgin French 75. The whipped ricotta was a fab way to start off the meal, though I do wish they gave us a couple more crackers 😆 I got the Porcini Crusted Filet Mignon as my main. The gorgonzola sauce had the perfect amount of blue cheesiness, and the potato gnocchi was fresh and a wonderful addition to the filet. I wish the porcini was a bit more apparent in the dish, but it was still delicious. The spiced broccolini had a great kick to it, and the parmesan potatoes had an amazing texture and flavor to them. The service was top notch - our waitress Melissa was knowledgable, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. We also had several other staff members check on us throughout our meal.
