  Do you enjoy waiting in the drive thru line for 30+ minutes during what is normally a "slow part of the day?" Do you love it when it takes 20 minutes to get acknowledged by any one of the 12 employees running around behind the counter? Does it tickle your bones when you're asked to pull up past the second window to "sit by the trash can" and watch 8 other people get their food ahead of you, and then when your own bag is finally brought out after another 10 minutes, the order is wrong, so you have to go inside and wait 20 minutes for a correction while the rest of your food is getting cold? If you answered "yes" to all three questions, then McDonald's Rawsonville is the place for you, where Disappointment is Guaranteed! I had the time to write this entire review in line before even making it to the speaker, by the way. This is not an uncommon sight to see.

  This mcdonalds is always so slow its so annoying!! Makes me late to class and meetings almost every day. They need to get more staff or something its getting out of hand. I think maybe it's because the other McDonald's on Belleville is closed so they have more people coming here but still!!! Takes for freaking ever. Also the food is not that good at this location. Im really upset.

  This place is awful. It took 40 whole minutes yes 40. The employees were absent we stood in the lobby for a half an a hour with no assistance. Do not waste your time here they don’t do their job and they don’t care about you.

  Terrible customer service! Had to drive to another McDonalds in order to get drinks. Waited 25 min inside, called back, no one came. Ended up going through the drive through to get part of my order and went to another McDonalds to get the rest of our groups food.

  At the time of this review, the quality of service has recently gone down sharply at this location due to the (temporary) closure of the nearby location on Belleville road. They got lumped with all the extra business and everything takes so much longer now. It's a common sight at almost all times of the day to see and have to sit in a long line at the drive through. The food hasn't changed, but you could be waiting a lot longer to get it. I feel bad for them but my sympathy is diminished just a little when a minor mismatched order takes over fifteen minutes to be seen at the counter. Hopefully it can get back to normal for them sooner than later.
