  I ordered the New York style, it was awful. The crust taste like cardboard. The pizza was bland. I asked for extra sauce it tasted like no sauce. It looked better than it tasted. I will not be ordering from cottage inn again.

  Our pizza was burnt to the point that the crust had zero moisture and was black, the cheese was hard and dry, and there were tons of bubbles in the dough, just empty air in the pizza. Worst pizza I have ever had.

  We had a DoorDash pizza that never got picked up before the store closed. You guys should’ve called us beforehand and we could’ve picked it up but unfortunately the girl on the phone told us we couldn’t pick up the pizza because they were closed. She was extremely rude. Our perfectly made pizza just sat there just to get thrown out or for the employees to eat. I’m not from around here but I will NEVER order from this location again. Do better.

  Order was supposed to arrive at 5:05PM. At 5:10PM I called for an update and was told the driver was en route (I'm 5 minutes from the location). At 5:25PM, still no dinner so I called the location again and was told it would arrive in 2 minutes. The driver arrived a few minutes later and only had part of my order, and part of someone else's order. He was not very friendly or apologetic and blamed his team. I called the store back to let them know that I was missing 3/4 of my order and was told that they would try to get it to me as soon as possible - when I pressed for a delivery time, they said maybe 20 minutes. An order placed at 4:30PM on a Tuesday not being completed until 6:00PM or later is absolutely ridiculous.
