- SOSir OlpenaDec 20, 20251.0Some of the greeters and others are very rude. Not all of them. There were a couple of kids I got the vibe were hating on me. It's very uncomfortable interacting now. It's the only McDonald's I can go to before work so I have to deal with it. Some simple orders get messed up. I think most just don't care. The owner probably knows it's the only McDonald's around and that's how they survive. As an owner I would never have my score this low in here.

- BLBrian LDec 9, 20251.0I arrived at 1030 Monday night and was refused service and verbally assaulted by Celeste and Landry who were working at the time. Don't come here unless you want to be explicitly yelled at. Very unprofessional by the night closer Celeste. I have called corporate and they are going to follow up with me. But wanted to leave a review to warn other people especially those with small children. This is NOT. A family friendly establishment and the workers will swear at you in front of your kids.

Placed an order for 4 ice cream sundaes on the mobile app, checked in at the speaker, proceeded to wait in line for 12 minutes to get to the window and be told their ice cream machine was on a “cycle” and they couldn’t make our order and that we would have to cancel our order on the app. When I questioned the worker I got a “that’s what she says”. No offer to make us anything else and they were not going to refund me. So wasted twenty minutes of my life, paid for my order, and left with absolutely nothing. Now having to reach out to corporate to try to get my money back.
