  I go here every day 23 times a day every morning. The manager clears the screen. The only thing I ordered is a soda she doesn’t give me a cup or my soda continues. Her work. Makes me wait. 15 to 20 minutes for a soda but honestly, I would never get it if I didn’t ask for it because she always tells me oh sorry I cleared the screen and forgot about it while she stayed there on her phone. I’m to the point that I’m all set. I’ll just go to Irving to get my soda from now on and any food I need. I’ll just go to other establishments.

  we’ve been here for 45 minutes and haven’t gotten any food. other people have received their food and they’ve been here for 5-10 minutes. completely full kitchen and there should be no reason i’m not getting my food

  Me and my boyfriend just went to get the grinch meal, mind you we waited in line for 40 minutes. And we never even got the shaker salt for the fries, the only reason I wanted to try it. Very disappointing😔 not to mention the Big Mac he got too.

  Went to get The Grinch meal and a free burgerbecausemy birthdaywas the otherday. I ordered on the app. The app said my order would be ready in 2-5 minutes, I was 5 minutes away so thats cool. Git there and had to wait over 40 minutes! The other customers waiting were nice, the only guy at the counter was nice and he was trying his best. I could see a bunch of food sitting there waiting to be bagged. Then when I finally got my food, the big Mac was cold and just thrown in the box, the fries were warm at best and my birthday burger was messed up. I understand the waiting but at least get the order right and give me warm food.

  I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes in line and finally paid and got to the 2nd window to be told I needed to go park somewhere to wait an additional 7 minutes for a small fry. There were 2 cars ahead of me that had already parked waiting for fries so I asked if I could stay at the window to wait. The girl said no. I asked if I could have a free small fry coupon and just collect my burger. She went away for a few minutes and came back to say no they couldn't do that and would I like a refund. i said, yes, just a refund for the fries. FIVE MINUTES later, now 8 min waiting, she comes back with a full refund. I said, wait, I only needed a fry refund, I still want the burger. She said, no we can't do that. So they threw away the burger because it was specialized and I had waited now 21 minutes, wasted gas and time to drive away empty handed. Where I'm sure the next driver got his freshly cooked fries. I won't be back to that location.
