My sister Angela got her first job there and loved it. Like all, McD's have renovation to keep up with customers needs. More drive-thru and less dine-in. Unfortunately places like this suffer from understaffed situations. I tend to gravitate towards the specials. Mainly just getting the sandwiches or burgers and eating at home with other goods. Overall good experiences! 👍😋

So I went into the store and explained why I was returning my burger and customer service was decent and called to her super who acted put out, and grabbed another burger and 'squished' it as she dropped in on the counter. Her name tag said Ashley and has auburn hair. The employee looked embarassed and I left the squished burger on the counter. If you are having a bad day, the customer does not need to be blamed. If this Ashley acts like this at work, I can imagine how bullied her employees are!
