I love this location as I find great deals in all the “clearance” areas in the store. I like how each department has a little stash of clearance items to go through. Love when I see an orange sticker 👍 I usually do self checkout and the gals and guys there are always helpful and friendly as well. Can’t forget the girls at Customer Service when I cash my lotto tickets in. They always know who I am and that is awesome they remember and are so friendly! If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ to all the staff , I would! Highly recommend

Their selection of bulk mushrooms is excellent and fairly priced, but sometimes the customer service is spotty at best. Today, I brought in a rain check for 10 kombuchas that had apparently expired about a month prior. Admittedly, the expiration was written in fine print that I never read, but I felt that the customer service associate that explained that to me was very short and rude in the way he communicated. It keeps me thinking I’ll keep my shopping limited to Shaws for things I can only get there.

That policy is far more stringent than even the law in Maine. Their policy is ludicrous, insulting and a hassle. I shall take my business to Hannafords from now on. p.s. I verified their I.D. policy with their corporate phone rep who confirmed what I said above is true.
