I processed and paid on the app for my cheeseburger , while I was still in the drive thru at the pickup window. I was told I couldn't get it at the window. I was told I had to go through drive thru again!! 30 years ago I was a manager, and general manager for McDonald's. Wow..service has declined more than I could ever imagine!! Anyway, I went inside...and 20 min later left the building with my cheeseburger. There was only 1 other customer inside. Granddaughter, who stayed in vehicle with grampy upon seeing me asked " grammy, what took so long?".. yeah ,McDonald's...what took so long????
