Sometimes I come and it’s fine, other times there are people in the back just killing around while orders are waiting and waiting. Today the manager and one of the employees were arguing or something and being brusque with the customers, who were upset at seeing people in the back not doing anything while they’re waiting forever. I’m sure it has something to do with how they were told to operate, but it’s not great.
