I felt the need to leave this review. I hardly ever eat MCD but my family and I grabbed breakfast to go and we were impressed with a few things that I felt I needed to mention. Firstly, the food and coffee was HOT. All three sandwiches were neat and with crispy bacon. The hash browns were crispy, hot and perfectly fried. The sausage burritos neatly rolled and the coffee was not burnt. Our order was also correct. This may not seem like much but compared to some fast food experiences, it seems like your staff here takes the time to deliver to the best of their capabilities. So I applaud you guys and thank you for your attention to detail.

The food is sloppy thrown together. The staff are rude and ignore you. The drive-through is wicked slow. Literally waited in the lobby for an hour for two meals. Service has not gotten any better in the last few months if anything it’s gotten worse. sat in the drive-through for at least five minutes and only one other car in the driveway and still couldn’t get waited on to make her order. Went to Presque Isle instead.. recently sent in the drive-through one night and it took an hour to get through the drive-through. Not many people in the lobby at all and the drive-through was completely packed with maybe three or four staff working that night they ignore lobby, customers, and drive-through is a priority over the lobby. You can’t even get someone to come to the counter to take your order. they are putting hot fries on top of the cold fries in the bag. We’ve even gotten raw burgers in the last few months. The service and quality of food is terrible there lately.

Slow service, nobody at counter, used kiosk. Even that was slow. Maybe only two employees in the whole place at the start of the evening dinner time.

i never write reviews but every single night i have gone to this mcdonald’s in the drive though takes atleast 20 minutes and it’s absolutely ridiculous
