There was no one in the line and I walked over to an open register. A man came blazing in from another direction and took the open spot on the far side. He only had two items so I figured I would wait it out rather than turn around and go back to the waiting area, because now there was a line behind me. I had to be publicly brow beaten, not just once by the clerk, but then by someone who I assume was the front in manager after her, because clearly I was not following protocol. I tried to explain it to both of them, but I guess there is an absolute assumption that I was guilty, not the guy who never got in line in front of me. I’ve always gone out of my way to be nice to everyone there and well…I guess I see how that works now. My preference would have been to privately submit this, but your website doesn’t seem to have that option.

A bothered light skinned female employee walked up and yelled out, "the doors down there are closed!" And she proceeded to watch me and then escorted me to register when I was standing in the self checkout out line minding my own business. (Wasn't anywhere near the doors.) She made me really uncomfortable. I didn't do anything wrong. And I won't be coming back. All skin folk ain't kin folk.
