The management here sucks. Chad was on his personal phone, ignored us when we asked for assistance, and even informed us that my friend would get a full refund if he cancelled the order and it would take 2 hours!! unacceptable!

When I checked the bag to make sure everything was in there, I noticed the fries were totally upside down and spilled all over the bag. No big deal. It happens. I come home open the cheeseburgers which were in yellow wrappers. They had nothing on them! Just bread , meat, bread!! No condiments or pickles. I filled out the online form for customer service and no one responded. Not coming back to this location again.
