For example, the cook put the burger patty on the grill for me when I walked in and I hadn't even ordered yet like why put the patty on the grill for me if you don't know what I'm going to order? The cashier was very rude and impatient. ( The cook asked me when I walked in how many burger patties I wanted but she didn't even take my order)
