When I received my cone, the ice cream was situated where if I drove off the ice cream would've fallen off. I asked what was eventually found out, Moises< was a manager in training. I asked if this was the way people get served cones and he replied yes. I asked for a new cone and he slammed the door shut. I blew my horn and he walked off- probably thinking that I would just drive off. Well I parked and went in to show the manager the condition of the cone that was presented to me. I spoke to 2 people that did not understand my comments. I asked a few times for the store number, the manger, the owner as I had a complaint with the way I was treated. I was give a new cone, with out any napkins. Finally, the manager came out and told me that MOISES was just a manager in training. ??? Really? ok, so i attempted to get more information to complain and was given a toll free number to call and that was it. NO store number or name of the owner. I will avoid this McDonalds at all costs. No one takes accountability anymore and they allow their employees to disrespect the paying consumer.
