  Whenever i order delivery AND sometimes with pickup, they consistently forget parts of an order. Its usually always with delivery. The food itself is decent, one of the only places in town. Buns on burgers are usually burnt though. Always forget either straws or napkins AND one of my smoothies had cream smeared all down the side. If you want to order anything just go inside the building so you can complain to their faces when they inevitably forget a part of your order.

  Got a 10 piece meal and when asked for sauce i said honey mustard, then asked “what else” i asked of an additional sweet and sour sauce, which i had to pay extra for. After getting my stuff it only had the “one” sweet and sour i had paid for! Every time i visit this place they always seem to forget something or give me the wrong meal!

  Consistently the LONGEST lines you will ever see and most inefficient McDonald’s this side of the Mississippi. Every single time you go you will wait 30 minutes for your food. Every time, without fail, 30 minutes. Hello, I’d like to place an order for a small fry and a medium coke…. 30 minutes later you get fed. Ridiculous. It’s McDonald’s, it’s designed to be fast, idiot proof get in, get out food. Why does it CONSISTENTLY take 30+ minutes at this location to get food?

  I have ordered here five times in a row, they are constantly messing up my order and even charging me incorrectly. I ordered a double quarter pounder every single time, I have been given a single quarter pounder and charged for a double. The next day I was given a double cheeseburger instead. One day I was given it with no meat inside. They are constantly messing up my order. This place is NOT reliable for giving you the correct order.

  27 minutes ago New Let’s just say The lady taking my order was nice And spoke really good English , thank u , The problem is whoever made the food had egg shells in my egg, and I said to put my egg on the side for the second order because my daughter is allergic to eggs and they didn’t do that and they never gave me or put splendor in my coffee I stopped eating at this place years ago at Taneytown Md McDonald’s the one in Lisbon is so much better. I wait 45 minutes to eat there every morning I thought give my local McDonald’s a shot and they failed even the manager could not understand what I was saying and I’m not racist or not, but they have no understanding on communication when they said they are the manager. They took my code and use it for a free coffee when there was supposed to use it for my breakfast sandwich, but he did mention he would replace all that if I come back The next day no thank you
