This morning takes the cake! I ordered a steak egg and cheese biscuit and paid for breakfast sauce just for them to give me a steak egg McMuffin, no breakfast sauce to be found. I try to give grace and I’ve even wrote off the $3 they charged me for a hash brown that was missing because I didn’t have time to go back but no more. I’m done with this place charging me for things I don’t get.

The manager on duty wasn’t wearing a hairnet while handling food, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, he was rude and disrespectful, the food we received was cold. This location seriously needs better management and customer service. I hope The ppl above this Mc take the feedback seriously and make improvements.

Ordered ahead for curbside pickup, and after waiting for 10 minutes while at least a dozen vehicles made it completely through the drive through, I went inside to grab my food. It took another 8 minutes (literally) for an associate to come to the register to field my question. When I asked if I could grab my order, they started preparing it then. Based on how many other people were also waiting for food inside the store, I think the only viable option at this location now is the drive through, and be prepared to wait.
