Ordered ahead for curbside pickup, and after waiting for 10 minutes while at least a dozen vehicles made it completely through the drive through, I went inside to grab my food. It took another 8 minutes (literally) for an associate to come to the register to field my question. When I asked if I could grab my order, they started preparing it then. Based on how many other people were also waiting for food inside the store, I think the only viable option at this location now is the drive through, and be prepared to wait.

They went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and that everything came out just right. It’s rare to see that level of care and attention these days, and they truly made my visit a great experience. I genuinely applaud their teamwork and positive energy 👏—McDonald’s needs more employees like them!

Mostly teens sitting and talking or faces glued to their phones. Ordering from the kiosk was quick and easy. Waiting for the food to come to our table was a bit frustrating. It took at least 14 minutes, which I realized after my grandson said multiple times how hungry he was. Our receipt showed the order placed at 12:04 and when I looked at my watch it was 12:18. Didn't recall seeing the time when the worker brought our food. Grandson got a chicken nugget happy meal and I ordered a Big Mac meal. The fries were awesome. The Big Mac was mediocre at best. His nuggets were only ok. We didn't expect perfection, but it seems the restaurant claims it's fast food? Not really.
