It’s the closest McDonald’s to my MIL so was frequenting here in the morning before work for coffee but have decided to try to go closer to work.

Yes I have payed the extra Bbq and the new Sauces that come out and they give me an attitude Also I had a Free Ice cream cone and they made my husband paid again just because they didn’t initially heard the order in the drive thru even gaved him the receipt. He drove back around to be able to receive the second order As a busy Working person I understand that if I have a Bad day I shouldn’t be expressing that to my customers, ask for a Day Off or something if you don’t like working in McDonald’s just quit and give someone else the chance to work with manners and humbleness. I don’t have any other explanation for their attitude. Most of the times it’s Woman that do this . And I don’t see man at this location. Maybe a Young person. But yall gotta change manager if you are mad for no reason at your customers for asking for what they already have paid for in advance. I get if I don’t pay!! But I PAID ! But that’s the main reason why the app has been made cause they cashiers at the drive thru order you what they want no what you ask for and top of giving you an attitude. That just sucks . Go work somewhere else or get the managers. McDonald’s management HR or whoever manages this location.
