The security guard (a female guard) is extremely rude and treats customers with a very unpleasant attitude. It wasn’t just with me; I also saw her treating other customers poorly. I hope management takes action.

📌I should have followed my first mind when I was urged to go to a McDonalds location in my own town (which is 1 hour away). Did I listen to my gut feeling… NOOOO! Silly me, I listened to my body…I was hungry and did not eat all morning. This particular location had staff and managers used racially and bigoted hostilities toward me, and refused to answer my questions. Instead, I was met with aggression. I ordered food using my app to get a free item. I have a ton of points in my app and decided to save my money for this particular visit. In the order placed, I asked for a cup of ice water. I usually get it with all my orders I’ve placed. In fact, other locations operate the same way with no problems. Unfortunately, I did not get a cup of water. I politely asked the woman at the window for a cup of ice water and gave her a gentle reminder it was forgotten in my order. She yelled hostilities toward me, refusing to make the cup of water and told me to get out the line. Because of her disturbing behavior toward me, I asked for the supervisor. As she was closing the window, I could hear Racially-charged comments about my appearance to the supervisor in Spanish. A man comes up and says, “I’m getting security..” The security woman comes to the window and threatens to file a Police Report for “Trespassing”. Yes, you read that right…TRESPASSING!!” She had a thick New York accent, and was adamant in her approach. I asked, “….over a cup of water!” I can see if there were hostilities or threats or physical altercations made. But to meet with with threats and hostilities as a customer is deplorable. I should have followed my gut instinct to wait until I get home to eat food. But I was so hungry. I’ll be sure to share my story with others to give this incident a voice and make others aware of the realities of Racism and passive-aggression.

McD's may as well do away w/ thier concept of a dollar menu because the value we've relied on for years is just non-existent anymore.

Ordered two Saussge McMuffin with Egg, toasted well. They were terrible. The sausage was completely dried out and the English muffin was barely toasted. Total with coffee was more than $14 dollars and the meal was shit.
