    Don't order from this Crisp & Juicy location. Took 2 hours to get my order even though I live 10 mins by car away. No courier was assigned to my order and I had to call the restaurant to get someone to deliver it. It was a $90 order. Grubhub refused to help or do anything to compensate for this order. Sadly the restaurant cared even less. Spoke to Angel and she was very dismissive and nonchalant. They think money grows on trees. Pretty disrespectful to customers. Not sure how the restaurant and Grubhub think it's ok. Was told I had to place a new order to get a measely $5 off. Why is this ok? The economy is hard right now, food is extremely expensive and you try to support local restaurants but they don't appreciate your patronage. Angel left my food knowingly on a counter for almost 2 hours and only called Grubhub when I called the restaurant.The restaurant never took accountability to offer a discount for their oversight. One order of the Arroz Chaufa containers was barely filled with rice.They blamed Grubhub for not assigning a driver but Grubhub confirmed it's the restaurant that prepares the order, knows when it's ready and is the party that has to confirm the order is ready for pickup. Then businesses wonder why people stop supporting their establishment. Buyer beware!
