She didn’t greet me, pretty much threw the bag at me and didn’t even say thank you for coming. Food was cold and the avocado toast was not on toast. It was on bread. No care given at all. Trash service. Do better!

My hash browns were served cold, and my avocado toast wasn’t toasted the way it should be. The customer service was disappointing, no greeting, no acknowledgment, just blank stares from the staff behind the counter. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and careless, and it’s frustrating to see the service drop so much.

They don't really get a lot of customers so they always have free donuts and I had walked in with coffee from another dunkin location that had got my order wrong so I walked in to ask if they could add sweetener and he was so willing and excited to help. Love this place gonna come here all the time. And if the worker sees this I was there on Oct 6th 2025 around 3:30! Thank you and pls give him a raise!!

Been coming here for 15 years, but ever since the staff changed, it’s like they’re trying to get orders wrong. Burnt food, botched coffee, and a whole lot of “how did it get this bad?”.
