- CNCindy NavarreteNov 8, 20251.0I am very disappointed with the experience I had at this Baskin Robbins location. I had placed an online order for a birthday cake for my husband, and I received confirmation that the order went through successfully. On the day I went to pick up the cake, one of the employees told me it was “almost ready,” which led me to believe everything was fine. However, another employee then came out and informed me that they should have called me earlier to let me know that they were not accepting online orders. This was extremely frustrating to hear at the last minute — especially since I had already paid and was expecting the cake to be ready for a special occasion. To make matters worse, there was no apology or sense of urgency to correct the situation. The employees offered me a cake that was already pre-made in the display fridge and said they could simply write on it. While I appreciated having at least some option, the overall service was slow, disorganized, and dismissive. What upset me the most was the lack of communication and accountability from the staff. Mistakes can happen, but it’s basic customer service to notify customers in advance, apologize for the inconvenience, and show effort to make things right — none of that happened here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that customers are properly informed about order issues before pickup, and that staff are trained to handle these situations with better professionalism and courtesy.

Arrive about 20-25 mins after 10am for pick up, only to find out they messed up my order and that it would take about 20mins for it to be ready. Might as well wait since I am already there. After 20mins, I go up to ask how much longer, I was told 5 more mins. At that point I’ve lost patience because It was for an anniversary gift and I was already late. Once it was finished I just wanted to get out of that place since it was already past 11 am. When I got home I saw that they didn’t put my custom message on the cake!! Never again am I ordering from there!!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
